All factory manufactured components for commercial docks and residential docks are constructed of structural marine grade aluminum, 6061-T6 alloy. The components are MIG welded by ASE certified welders to ensure structural integrity and accuracy.

 

Structural Components include:

• Main Dock structure consisting of aluminum 6" C-channel with 1/4" wall
• Crossmember spacing on 32" centers
• Roof trusses constructed of 1/8" x 2" x 2" aluminum tubing
• Roof support posts constructed of 1/8" x 3" x 3" aluminum tubing
• Corners constructed using aluminum castings for added strength and impact safety
• 26 guage roof material available in a variety of colors
• Dock system available with choice of aluminum, textured finish painted flooring or laminated Douglas Fir plank flooring
• High density polyethylene floats, U.S. Army Corps approved, support the main structure
• Structural fasteners are stainless steel
